Keep the numbers your business needs in your project
Business metrics

Store selected metrics and display them in your project: enquiries, orders or other numbers needed for your work.
Define the metrics you use to follow the business: enquiry counts, orders or another outcome. The module stores numeric values and lets you display them in the interface.
An owner needs specific numbers to decide what to work on next, such as how many enquiries arrived and how many orders were placed. Metrics differ between projects, so first define what to count and where the data comes from.
Metrics match your work
Choose the numbers you need and name them. For a school, these may be enquiries and orders; for a service, completed tasks.
Numbers appear in the working interface
Display values in the project dashboard. Define the source, period and update method for each metric.
A school owner's dashboard
In this example, the school compares two sets of weekly metrics. The numbers are fictional. A working project must connect calculations to actual enquiries and orders.
The module does not automatically track visits or build reports. Data sources, metric calculations and refresh schedules need configuration. External web analytics is connected separately.
This week

Last week
Previous period An example comparison of two periods. Enquiries: 18 Orders: 6 New articles: 2
